Examination Policy

PM SHRI Government Senior Secondary School Gangwa follows the examination and assessment system prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The school believes in continuous and comprehensive evaluation for the holistic development of every learner.

Examination Guidelines

• Students must report to the examination hall at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• School Identity Card is compulsory during examinations.
• Students should carry only permitted stationery items.
• Mobile phones, smart watches and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
• Use of unfair means will lead to disciplinary action as per CBSE norms.
• Attendance in all examinations is compulsory unless approved by the Principal.
• Answer sheets must be submitted before leaving the examination hall.
• Promotion to the next class will be based on CBSE assessment guidelines.
